The entrance hall leads to a large living room where young and old alike can gather to enjoy a good film, a fun board game or a festive meal.

The sleek, fully equipped kitchen has been designed to combine comfort and practicality for everyday use. Its direct access to the veranda creates a fluid flow between the interior and exterior, making it easy to enjoy meals with family or friends. Bathed in light, it offers an unobstructed view of the pool and the ocean, enhancing the feeling of space and well-being.

Set back from the living areas, a corridor leads to the villa's sleeping quarters. The light-filled master suite has an en-suite bathroom and privileged access to the garden, for a gentle awakening. Two other welcoming bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink, ideal for families. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine/dryer and a WC completes the everyday comfort.

The villa's charm doesn't stop there. Surrounded by a wooded garden, the villa promises a peaceful and enchanting environment where the sea view is omnipresent!

Around the villa, a large 80m² terrace offers several areas perfect for relaxation. A large dining table, sheltered and shaded, invites you to enjoy your meals outdoors all year round, while a gas barbecue/plancha promises wonderful gourmet moments. For your moments of rest by the pool, two sun loungers and two fatboys are at your disposal, as well as two outdoor showers, one of which is heated, perfect for cooling off at any time of the day.

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool measures 5m x 2.30m and is secured by an alarm. Gradual depth from 130cm to 170cm.
Heated pool from May to October.

A private parking space completes the setting of this exceptional villa, with the possibility of easily parking other vehicles outside the property in front of the gate.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the many shops in the centre of Etang-Salé-les-Hauts: bakeries, pharmacy, Super U supermarket, greengrocers, butchers, medical centre, bank, wine cellar, cheese cellar, snack bars and restaurants...

Ten minutes from the beautiful black sand beach of Etang-Salé-les-Bains (secure) and the Bourbon Golf Course (18 holes), and halfway between the lagoons of St-Pierre in the south and the beaches of the west (La Saline, L'Ermitage, Boucan Canot), it is an ideal starting point for all your excursions in Réunion.

Minimum stay of 4 nights
House intended for peaceful family use. Non-smoking interior. Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties are not allowed.
