The villa's three levels open onto three spacious terraces, where the blue of the ocean stretches as far as the eye can see! Here you can admire the majestic spectacle of whales at sea or the ballet of paragliders in the air!
Our 163m² villa has been awarded 5-star furnished holiday accommodation status and is designed to comfortably sleep 12 people. It has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, WC and dressing room. Outside, a lovely infinity pool awaits you, heated during the austral winter for optimum comfort in all seasons.

GROUND FLOOR
As soon as you enter the house, you'll be overwhelmed by the sea view, like a life-size painting! A corridor leads to a spacious separate WC, a utility room, and then a master suite with a 160x200cm bed, a dressing room, a WC and a spacious shower room (PRM accessible).

The light-filled living area opens onto a large lounge with sofa and XXL television, where young and old alike can enjoy a good film or a great board game (several games available).

The sublime, tropical-coloured kitchen is fully equipped (filter and Nespresso coffee makers, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and many other kitchen utensils). The central island is the perfect place to prepare a gourmet meal or share an aperitif.

Finally, the 56m² veranda is home to a large dining table, and for lovers of grilled meats, there's a combined barbecue and gas griddle to delight your taste buds.

ON THE FLOOR
The upper level has two suites, each measuring 21m². These rooms are equipped with 160x200cm beds, their own bathroom (bath) and dressing room. The first bedroom has a view of the garden, while the second benefits from a large sea-view terrace of 19m².

GARDEN GROUND
The lower level comprises two suites of 18m² and 20m² with dressing rooms and shower rooms. The first bedroom has a 160x200cm bed, while the other is a dormitory with 2 90x200cm bunk beds. Each of the two bedrooms has direct access to the 59m² terrace leading to the heated swimming pool.

All five rooms are air-conditioned.

OUTSIDE:
From the infinity pool to the ocean, an impression of infinity invites you to serenity and escape.
For children's safety, the area is secured by a fixed barrier. For year-round enjoyment, the pool is heated from May to October and there's a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off.

Depth: Immersed seat on the side for younger children, then a constant depth of 1.50m.

Below the property, you can enjoy a garden planted with endemic species.

The villa is just 5 minutes from the Route des Tamarins and 15 minutes by car from St-Leu beach and its many bars and restaurants. Paragliding and the turtle observatory at Kélonia are also just a few minutes away.
Halfway between the western beaches and the beautiful Etang-Salé beach in the south-west, it is also the ideal starting point for a host of tourist attractions.

Minimum 4-night stay
