The space

This pretty villa, classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, renovated in May 2025, is equipped with quality fittings and a beautiful, chic and refined decoration. Ideal for 6 people, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a beautiful living area that opens onto the outside to create a permanent indoor-outdoor atmosphere.

On days when you don't feel like going down to the beach, the small swimming pool, secured by fixed barriers, will allow you to cool off and dip the little ones in the underwater beach.

Ground floor:

- A shower room with walk-in shower and access to the roof terrace

- A small terrace overlooking the ocean, where you can admire the sumptuous sunsets all year round.

Outside:
- Two private parking spaces secured by electric gates at the entrance to the residence
- A 50m² terrace with heated outdoor shower, sun loungers, swimming pool, safety gate with double-secured opening to ensure you can spend time with your young children in complete peace of mind
- A veranda with outdoor lounge and dining table for 6 people
- The swimming pool measures 3.80m x 2.70m + an L-shaped section with an underwater pool measuring 1.50 x 1.80m. Constant depth of 1.35 m.

LOCATION & PROXIMITY
Villa M is located 5 minutes' drive from the beach at Trois Bassins (famous surf spot), and the lagoons of Saint-Leu, Trou d'Eau and La Saline, on the West Coast of Réunion Island.
All the shops you could need are also just a few minutes away: restaurants, mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist's, etc.
Just 10 minutes from the Route des Tamarins, Villa M is also ideally situated as a departure point for all excursions on the island... the three cirques (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano and all the land and water-based activities on the island: paddle, transparent kayak, surfing, deep-sea fishing, diving, boat trips, whale-watching, hiking, horse-riding, helicopter flights, paragliding, Kélonia, etc.
