The space

Villa Lucia is without doubt the perfect combo for your holidays on Réunion Island: a spacious new villa built in 2024 and classified as a 5-star furnished holiday home, with 3 luxury air-conditioned bedrooms, a beautiful natural stone swimming pool and a lovely outdoor area. The architecture is modern, trendy and holiday-friendly. Its location is ideally situated, just a 3-minute walk (300m) from the superb turquoise Ermitage lagoon, and just as close to the seaside restaurants.

The entrance to the villa is via a pedestrian gate or an automatic gate to a private driveway where you can park 2 vehicles.

Outside:
- 1 veranda with garden furniture and dining table
- 1 natural stone swimming pool, 1.40 m deep
- 1 tree-lined garden around the house, with 3 deckchairs

Ground floor:
- Living room with sitting area, TV and dining table
- A fully-equipped designer kitchen opening onto the living room
- A 1st bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200cm)
- A 2nd bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and access to the garden at the rear of the villa
- 1 shower room
- 1 separate WC
- 1 utility room

First floor:
- A 3rd bedroom, which we'll call the Master Suite because it has a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a TV, a private bathroom, a dressing room and its own terrace equipped with a hammock.
- 1 separate WC

The villa has :
- Wi-Fi (Fibre): permanent access in the accommodation
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms + 1 fan in the living room
- 2 televisions (bouquet of channels and Netflix subscription)
- Ironing board and iron, hairdryers, etc.
- Washing machine + clothes line
- Household linen: sheets (+ duvets in austral winter), towels, bathmats, tea towels
- 1 electric griddle
- 1 barbecue
- 1 safe
- 1 fire extinguisher

All equipment, furniture and materials are new and of high quality.

Dishwasher - Oven - American fridge and freezer (water and ice dispenser) - Microwave - Nespresso and filter coffee maker - Toaster - Kettle - Rice cooker - Blender - Induction hob - Pots and pans - Crockery and cutlery - Many other kitchen utensils and equipment.

The saltwater swimming pool is protected by an alarm, but is not supervised and remains the sole responsibility of the tenant, who must ensure that children are supervised.

PROXIMITY AND ENVIRONMENT
Villa Lucia is located 300 metres from the Ermitage lagoon (3 minutes‘ walk), less than 3 minutes’ drive from Ermitage town centre, and 7 minutes from the Route des Tamarins, which serves the whole island. Shops are just 3 minutes away and the many tourist attractions in the west of the island are within a 10-minute drive.
