The space

Outside :
Its beautiful salt swimming pool of 8m x 4.60m heated between May and October has a submerged beach for the youngest. Whether you choose to swim peacefully or lounge by the water on the deckchairs, the swimming pool is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in complete privacy.

Its pool house is much more than a simple outdoor kitchen, it is a real place for sharing outdoors. Imagine yourself preparing delicious meals on the barbecue or on the plancha while enjoying delicious cocktails in front of the swimming pool…

Its vast veranda is carefully landscaped. It is ideal for dining, relaxing or sharing friendly moments with your loved ones in the large lounge area.

At the front, its garden is a true haven of peace. Your taste buds will be in awe thanks to all the fruit trees that this magnificent wooded garden offers you. You can also enjoy your meals around the table while watching the children having fun on the swing.

Inside :
You enter the villa through the living room. Its large bay windows offer direct access to the swimming pool, creating a perfect fusion between interior and exterior.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utensils. Thanks to its central island and numerous cupboards, it is also very functional. Its asset? It is open to the living room and overlooks the veranda and the swimming pool.

The living room is bright, it has a large comfortable sofa inviting conviviality and a flat screen (with all the Orange channels).

The 4 master suites offer ultimate comfort and unparalleled privacy. The rooms are tastefully decorated, each equipped with a bathroom with a walk-in shower or bathtub, a large dressing room and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Two of them are located on the ground floor and have direct access either to the garden or to the swimming pool; while the other two are upstairs. A 5th small bedroom on the ground floor can accommodate 2 additional people (90x190cm beds).

To note :
- Each of the 4 large bedrooms has a 160x200cm bed and air conditioning. Bed linen, bath linen and pool towels are provided.

Villa Ty Kaz Paradis is located at Ravine des Cabris, near Saint-Pierre, capital of the South of Reunion, its beach and its many shops and restaurants.
The location of the villa will allow you to easily and quickly access the magnificent village of Entre-Deux (15min), the Plaine des Cafres (20min) to cross the heart of the island or go to the volcano.
It is also close to all amenities: Supermarket (5 minutes), then in the center of Ravine des Cabris, you will find bakery, pharmacy, greengrocers, butcher, shops, post office, banks, wine cellar, etc.
