The space

Villa Stella offers breathtaking views of the ocean, just minutes from the city center and the beaches of Saint-Leu. It provides a superb setting for 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, beautiful garden, and numerous outdoor spaces to enjoy delightful moments with family or friends.

On days when you don’t feel like going down to the beach, the large swimming pool allows you to cool off and let the little ones splash around in the shallow area.

Guided tour of this 110m² property + 40m² terrace:

Level 1:

• 1 terrace with panoramic ocean views overlooking the swimming pool, featuring a dining area and a lounge area with a hanging chair
• 1 fully equipped kitchen with a bar
• 1 large living room with TV area and dining space
• 1 air-conditioned bedroom on the sea side with a double bed (160x200cm bedding) and storage
• 1 air-conditioned bedroom on the mountain side with a double bed (two 90x190cm beds) and storage
• 1 fan-cooled bedroom on the mountain side with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a large walk-in closet
• 1 walk-in shower room
• 1 separate toilet

Level 0:

• 1 air-conditioned master suite with a double bed (200x200cm bedding) and a small desk
• 1 small bathroom with shower and toilet (accessible from outside)
• 1 laundry room

Outside:

• 1 unheated saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers
• 1 relaxation area on the side of the villa with plenty of seating facing the sea
• 1 tropical-style patio with dining table, bar, and access to a wood-fired barbecue
• 1 landscaped garden
• Street parking spaces

The 8x4m swimming pool is equipped with a safety system (alarm). However, it is not supervised and remains entirely the responsibility of the tenant, who must ensure proper supervision, especially of children.

The villa includes:

• Wi-Fi: permanent access throughout the property
• Reversible air conditioning (heating function) in 3 bedrooms + the living room
• Television with SFR package + DVD player
• Ironing board and iron, hairdryer, etc.
• Washing machine

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

Villa Stella is located in the lower part of Piton St-Leu, in close proximity to St-Leu, its beach, and its many bars and restaurants.
Within just a few minutes, you can enjoy paragliding and visit the turtle observatory at Kélonia.
Situated halfway between the beaches of the west coast and the beautiful Etang-Salé beach in the southwest, it is also an ideal starting point for many tourist sites.
Close to all amenities: within less than 5 minutes, you can shop at the Hypermarché du Portail shopping center. In the center of Piton, you will find Super U, a bakery, pharmacy, greengrocer, butcher, various shops, post office, banks, wine shop, etc.

The villa’s location allows easy and quick access to:

Property not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

Minimum stay: 4 nights.
House intended for peaceful family use. Non-smoking indoors. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed.
