The Coco Palm was designed in 2020 by a renowned architect, with a decoration combining exotic wood, teak furniture and contemporary designer furniture. The natural fiber wall paintings will bring you a healthy atmosphere while the high-end 100% natural organic latex pillows and mattresses will bring you maximum comfort during your stay.

THE POOL
The salt pool, heated from May to September, is made of natural stone. With double overflow to blend in with the ocean, it is also equipped with a hydromassage bath (bubbles and/or massaging jets).
The 10x3m swimming pool has a protection system (alarm), however it is not monitored and remains the full responsibility of the tenant who must ensure supervision, particularly that of children.

LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT
The Coco Palm villa is located at the gates of Sud Sauvage, in St-Pierre, and overlooks the village of Grand Bois and its lagoon (8 minutes on foot). The “fully equipped and comfortable” villa is located in a popular and residential area, ideal for rest.

In the immediate vicinity of all the beaches in the south of the island, 8 minutes by car from the magnificent lagoon of Saint-Pierre and the superb beach of Grand-Anse, it also allows easy access to the main roads of the island for discover the many leisure activities.
