A charming appartement located on the ground floor of our house, in a beautiful impasse in the calm of the Avirons.

It can accommodate 1 to 4 people. The housing is fully renovated (January (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and offers access to the owner's pool with beautiful sea view.
This rental has a secure entrance to the property with remote control provided.

The accommodation consists of:
- a bedroom (new bedding Epeda 140x190) with wardrobe
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet
- A living room with sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, sound system, Smart TV and Netflix access included
- a kitchen open to living room - an outdoor area with large dining table

We provide :

The studio is located 5 minutes walk from the city center and shops (supermarket, bakeries, tobacco-press, pharmacy, doctors, post office ...), in a residential area popular with the Avirons for its calm and charm.

The town of Avirons is located in the south-west of the island 20 minutes from Saint-Pierre, 7 minutes from the Tamarins road, 10 minutes from the beaches of Etang-Sal and St-Leu, and 25 minutes from the lagoons of Saline and the Hermitage. No pets allowed. Possibility to come and pick you up at the Etang-Sal-les-Bains bus stop (Avenue de l'Ocan) on your arrival on the island (direct journey from Roland-Garros airport by T line Cars Yellow). Free arrivals and departures.
