A family villa par excellence, this welcoming villa has 5 bedrooms, one of which is independent, 4 bathrooms, a large swimming pool heated from May to October and a beautiful garden planted with trees.
Villa Keloha is the perfect place to relax during the day or in the evening. Partially refurbished by an interior designer renowned in the USA (each room takes us into a different world), it is functional, well thought-out and will enable you to have moments of intimacy as well as moments of conviviality.

Ideal for 10 people, this 191m² villa on a 732m² plot comprises :

Ground floor:
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 large living room
- 1 master bedroom
- 1 master suite
- 1 separate WC

The master bedroom (24 m²), with its glamorous baroque style, has a double bed (160x200cm), a large dressing room with dressing table, and a bathroom with a large whirlpool bath (massage jets), walk-in shower, double washbasin, toilet and massage table. On-site massages with our wellness partner are available on request and by prior arrangement (not included in the price). The bedroom opens onto a covered veranda overlooking the garden.

The master suite (10 m²), with its oriental style, is air-conditioned and equipped with a fan. It has a 160x200cm double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. From the bedroom, an outdoor patio is accessible for sunbathing in complete privacy.

The ground floor features a beautiful living room where the lounge opens onto the kitchen. For your relaxation, this large living area (32m²) has an indoor lounge with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a range of TV channels.
The functional kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and small equipment.

First floor:
- 1 large, tropical-coloured bedroom (18m²) (double bed 160x200cm) with air conditioning and fan assisted ventilation
- 1 children's bedroom with pull-out bed (13m²) (two single beds 90x190cm) and mobile air conditioning
- 1 dressing room shared by both bedrooms
- 1 beautiful bathroom with the look of a sailing yacht, adjoining the two bedrooms, with bath and shower column, double washbasin and wc.

Outside:
- 1 beautiful 23.50m² outbuilding comprising the 5th bedroom, air-conditioned and equipped with a fan coil unit, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a 23m² terrace.
- 1 veranda and a beautiful wooden terrace of 63m², with deckchairs
- 1 6 x 4 m swimming pool, heated during the austral winter, with a gradual descent via steps
- 1 barbecue area
- 1 outdoor shower

The dining area will be under the veranda, next to the pool, on a large table that can easily seat 10 people.

THE SWIMMING POOL
The 6 x 4 m saltwater swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump, allowing it to be heated between May and October. It is also equipped with an alarm system. However, it is not supervised and remains the sole responsibility of the tenant, who must ensure that children are supervised.

LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT
This sumptuous villa is located in a quiet, highly sought-after residential area in the heart of Etang-Salé-les-Bains, with direct access to the sentier du Gouffre and its cycle path, and within easy reach of the town's main points of interest. The hardest part will be choosing between the magnificent Etang Salé forest and its sports trails, the long wild black sand beach, and the lagoon where you can watch the fish, rays and turtles.
Halfway between the lagoons of St-Pierre to the south and La Saline to the west, it is also the ideal starting point for all your excursions around the island and a dream holiday.
Less than 5 minutes' walk away, you'll find a fishmonger's for the catch of the day, Coté-Pain organic bakery and the island's best artisanal ice cream parlour, as well as doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, pharmacy, greengrocers, supermarket, post office, wine cellar and restaurants.
