- 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) equipped with its shower room and a large dressing room

- 1 comfortable living room with Smart TV (Netflix subscription)

The pool is 9m x 3m with a constant depth of 1.45m. It has a very pleasant submerged beach for the youngest. It has a protection system (alarm) however it is not supervised and remains under the full responsibility of the tenant who must ensure supervision, in particular that of children.

Rules:
Animals can be accepted, on request.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Hookahs are also prohibited.

Location and environment:
Located in the Ravine des Cabris, near Saint-Pierre, the Villa de Marie is close to all amenities (less than 5 minutes) bakeries, greengrocers, butchers, hyper market, post office, banks, snacks.
La Villa de Marie is an ideal starting point towards the West coast or the Wild South, to enjoy the beautiful beaches, rivers and waterfalls and other riches of the intense island.
