The space

Guided tour of Villa Elisa, with a capacity of 8 people:

The entrance to the villa is through a gate for pedestrians or through an automatic gate to a private driveway in which you can park 2 vehicles.

Outside :
- 1 large veranda with its garden furniture and its beautiful dining table
- 1 natural stone swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m
- 1 wooded garden that goes all around the house, equipped with 4 deckchairs

On the ground floor :
- A living room consisting of a lounge area with TV and a dining area around the central island
- A designer and fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room
- A 1st bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200cm) overlooking the swimming pool and access to the garden, which has its own bathroom and a very large dressing room with safe
- A 2nd bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and garden access at the back of the villa
- 1 bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (bathtub + shower without wall)
- 1 laundry room equipped with a washing machine, storage and equipment for maintenance
- 1 disabled toilet

Upstairs, via a sublime walkway with glass railings:
- A 3rd bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200cm), which has a private bathroom and access to the rear terrace of the villa
- A 4th bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200cm), which has a private bathroom
- 1 lounge/relaxation area with TV, sofa bed (extra bed) and cupboards
- 1 separate WC

The villa has:
- Wi-Fi (Fibre): permanent access in the accommodation
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms + 1 ceiling fan in the living room
- 2 TVs (bouquet of channels and Netflix subscription)
- Ironing board and iron, hair dryer, etc.
- Washing machine + drying rack
- Household linen: sheets (+ duvets in southern winter), towels, bath mats, tea towels
- 1 electric plancha
- 1 safe
- 1 fire extinguisher

All equipment, furniture and materials are new and of high quality.

Proximity and environment
Villa Elisa is located 300 meters from the Ermitage lagoon (3 minutes on foot), less than 3 minutes by car from the town center of the Ermitage, and 7 minutes from the Route des Tamarins which serves the whole island

Near :
- All water activities are accessible from the port of St Gilles (7-8 minutes by car): Catamaran, big game fishing, diving, jet-skiing, sea trips (dolphins and whales)
- The many restaurants and bars on the seafront or in the city center offer you many possibilities
- The Hermitage market takes place every Sunday morning
- All local shops such as bakeries, pharmacies, port fishmongers, tourist office and other amenities are accessible in 5 minutes
- The waterfalls and basins of St Gilles (5 min)
- The theater of St Gilles (5 min)
