This beautiful 175 m² villa, located at only 77 meters above sea level, enjoys panoramic ocean views from all three bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and the terrace! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, making it perfect for hosting up to six guests in complete privacy.
After long days exploring the island, you can indulge in the pleasures of the large swimming pool, a game of table tennis, or simply enjoy the many cozy spots perfect for sunset drinks.

The first floor is accessible by a staircase from the living room, or from the 1st bedroom, or by an outside staircase at the back of the villa:
- 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) equipped with its shower room
- 1 bright office with workspace and sofa
- 1 fabulous bathroom facing the lush vegetation
- 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140x190cm)

Outside :
- 1 huge terrace of 100m² equipped with shade sails
- 1 swimming pool of 10m x 3m, secured by alarm
- 1 outdoor lounge under the patio to enjoy wonderful aperitifs facing the sunset
- 1 large shaded dining table
- 1 outdoor shower
- 1 charcoal and wood barbecue as well as a gas plancha
- 2 to 3 parking spaces secured by an electric gate + spaces in the street, in front of the villa
- 1 covered garage housing a ping-pong table
- 1 grassy and tree-lined garden
- At the back of the villa, the land is huge and continues towards the Ravine St-Gilles by the path of the same name.

The villa has:
- Wi-Fi: permanent access in the accommodation
- Iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products
- Washing machine
- Household linen: towels, sheets, tea towels, bath mats, etc.

The swimming pool is protected by an alarm system, but is not supervised and remains the sole responsibility of the tenant, who must ensure that children are supervised.
Please note that the villa may not be suitable for young children, as the staircase in the living room has no railings and the upstairs barrier is not secure.

Location and environment
Located in Saint-Gilles-les Bains, in the lower part of the Mont Roquefeuil district, the Kaznav is close to all amenities (less than 5 minutes) from the bakery, Carrefour City, post office, banks, but above all 5 minutes from the many bars and restaurants of Saint-Gilles.
The Kaznav is ideal for enjoying the beautiful beaches of the West on a daily basis (Boucan Canot, the Hermitage, the Saline and the Roches Noires), but also its waterfalls and pools.
The district is also an ideal starting point towards the Wild South or the North for Saint-Denis.
