The 6.5x3m swimming pool has a protection system (alarm), however it is not supervised and remains the sole responsibility of the tenant who will have to ensure supervision, especially that of children. It is heated from May to October.

Located in Saint-Pierre (Boulevard Bank), Villa Rosaya is located close to all amenities (less than 5 minutes) bakeries, greengrocers, butchers, Hyper market, post office, banks, hospital and restaurants.
