The space

Architect-designed villa of very high standing located in Saint-Gilles Les Bains, on Chemin Summer, just a few minutes’ walk from the seafront and the Roches Noires esplanade (less than 5 minutes!).

In the lower part of Chemin Summer, a chic and sought-after neighborhood of Saint-Gilles Les Bains, this PREMIUM villa is ideally located to fully enjoy the island’s leading seaside resort. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walking distance.

The villa boasts an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean (Saint-Gilles marina, Brisants beach, etc.) and offers a stunning outlook over the lively seaside town. During the right season, you may even witness the spectacular sight of whales from the villa’s terrace or swimming pool!

Designed to maximize the sea views, the villa has a reversed layout: the living and terrace area is upstairs, while the ground floor is dedicated to the bedrooms. The living room opens both onto a modern, welcoming, fully equipped kitchen and onto a spacious veranda featuring a garden lounge, dining area, and relaxation space (pool, deckchairs, outdoor lounge).

The pool and outdoor areas are secured with a removable safety net, ensuring peace of mind for families with children (see photo).

Guests can enjoy 4 bedrooms in total. On the garden level: three bedrooms with quality bedding (two with queen-size beds 160x200, one with a double bed 140x190), a separate WC, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub.
Upstairs: a spacious master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The exterior includes several lawned areas: a gas barbecue corner, a small garden attached to the master suite, and a landscaped garden with trees.

The neighborhood

The neighbourhood is one of the most sought-after in La Réunion. It is located over Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, with panoramic views on the city and the ocean. Downtown and beach are accessible by foot.

Getting around

The villa benefits from 3 parking spaces.

You can access by foot to Saint-Gilles downtown and its shops (5 minutes) and to the beach (10 minutes).

Other things to note

The villa benefits from a very high speed access (Orange fibre) which will allow our travellers to surf, stream or telework in excellent conditions.

Also, the swimming pool is heated in winter, which is rare in Saint-Gilles: you can enjoy it even in winter!

It is possible to have food delivered directly to the villa (Uber Eats, Please, restaurants), or to go and enjoy the excellent restaurants of Saint-Gilles, located less than 5 minutes away on foot!
