The space

Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, this villa offers a spacious, bright, and open-plan living area.
Each room boasts unobstructed views of the pool, landscaped garden, and ocean, creating a tranquil atmosphere throughout your stay.

The villa comprises:

- Two bathrooms and two toilets
- A large covered terrace

- A large swimming pool

The light-filled living area opens generously onto the terrace and the surrounding gardens. It includes a welcoming lounge with a sofa, television, and workspace, as well as a modern open-plan kitchen designed for both comfort and practicality.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Delonghi percolator coffee machine, Nespresso machine, tea infuser, toaster, as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils for easy cooking.

All four bedrooms offer beautiful views of the pool, garden, and ocean:
- A first bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a large wardrobe, a balcony, and a pool view
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), a large wardrobe, and a desk
- A third bedroom with a convertible trundle bed comprising two 90x190 cm beds that can be joined to form a 180x190 cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk
- A fourth bedroom with a garden view, a 140x190 cm bed, and a desk

The outdoors:
The large covered terrace features a dining area and an outdoor lounge, perfect for sharing wonderful moments with family and friends. The beautifully landscaped garden surrounds the swimming pool and invites relaxation in a verdant setting.

As night falls, the outdoor lighting enhances the space and creates a warm ambiance, ideal for peaceful evenings under the Réunion sky. An ideal place to recharge and fully enjoy the laid-back lifestyle of Réunion.

The villa has one parking space within the property grounds as well as one space outside. Linens are provided (sheets and towels). The villa also has numerous amenities for a comfortable stay: washing machine, clothes rack, cleaning supplies, ironing board and iron.

Minimum stay of 4 nights.
This house is intended for peaceful family use. Smoking is not permitted inside. Out of respect for the neighbors, parties are not allowed.
