The space

It consists of a main house (3 bedrooms for 4–5 guests and 2 bathrooms) and an independent studio (1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed, and 1 bathroom).

This beautiful Balinese-style villa offers everything you need for a perfect vacation: an exceptional location, two terraces with panoramic ocean views, a swimming pool, and a garden with banana and papaya trees.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Villa TropikHome will appeal to you for its tranquility, proximity to all amenities, and easy parking.

Only 6 minutes from the beautiful black-sand beach of Étang-Salé-les-Bains, and halfway between the lagoons of Saint-Pierre (south) and La Saline (west), it is an ideal starting point for exploring the island of Réunion.

Please note: During your stay, Coconut, the owners’ little cat, will be part of your holiday. She doesn’t require much attention, but a few kibbles and some cuddles each day will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

- A studio accommodating 2 to 4 guests with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, workspace, as well as a cozy bedroom and a shower room

The house is intended for peaceful family use.
No smoking inside the house. Out of respect for the neighbors, parties are not allowed.
