Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the villa features two completely independent levels—each with its own terrace—striking the perfect balance between sociability and privacy.

With a heated pool, beach, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance, everything is in place for you to fully enjoy the laid-back lifestyle of Saint-Leu.

Villa Sunset Bay offers a spectacular view of Reunion Island’s west coast. From the moment you enter, your gaze is naturally drawn to the vast ocean, which remains a constant presence throughout the day.

The two levels are entirely self-contained:
The main level comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a workspace area, a laundry room, and a master suite featuring a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a separate toilet.
Extending from the sea-facing living area is a spacious terrace featuring a natural stone pool (3.6m x 2.15m, heated from May to October), a dining area, and a relaxation zone complete with a sun lounger, hammock, and outdoor furniture.

Upstairs, there is a living room with a sofa bed (accommodating two additional guests), a second kitchen with a dining area, two extra bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a second terrace offering breathtaking views of the blue sky and ocean.

Three to four private parking spaces are available on the property. Two vehicles are sheltered beneath the house, and all are secure behind a closed gate.

At certain times of the year, the spectacle becomes even more magical. During whale season, it is not uncommon to spot their blows, fins, or even breaches from the house's terraces—a privilege that leaves travelers with unforgettable memories.
Nature and water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the immediate proximity to the lagoon, diving centers, famous surf spots, and the paragliding site for which Saint-Leu is renowned.

The villa is located in a particularly quiet, private residential area. The house is intended for guests wishing to enjoy a peaceful environment while respecting the neighborhood.
