Set on a single level, the villa offers beautiful living spaces with an elegant, poetic aesthetic. Featuring 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large covered terrace, and a lovely heated swimming pool (from May to October), Kaz Vavang is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time with family or friends.

Ideal for 8–10 guests, this 135m² upscale villa includes:

• One bedroom with a double bed (new 160x200cm mattress)
• One bedroom with a double bed (new 160x200cm mattress) and a single bed (90x190cm)
• One bedroom with three single beds (90x190cm)—these can be arranged separately or combined to form a large bed (180x190cm)
• A bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and washing machine
• A separate toilet
• An independent bungalow featuring a master suite (new 140x190cm mattress) and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet
• A large, sheltered veranda (varangue) furnished with a lounge area and a dining table
• A landscaped garden with dedicated areas for a wood-fired barbecue and a gas-powered plancha grill

The 3m x 6m swimming pool is secured by alarm and removable barriers; however, it is not supervised. Guests are solely responsible for the pool area and must ensure that all users—especially children—are properly supervised.
Six sun loungers and four parasols are provided, allowing you to make the most of the pool and the warm, pleasant temperatures of Étang-Salé.

Your only dilemma will be choosing between the magnificent Étang-Salé forest with its fitness trails (a 1-minute walk away), the long, wild black-sand beach, and the lagoon—a perfect spot for observing fish, rays, and sea turtles.
Positioned halfway between the lagoons of Saint-Pierre to the south and La Saline to the west, the villa serves as an ideal base for all your island excursions, ensuring a dream vacation.
Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach a fishmonger to enjoy the local catch of the day and the organic bakery "Côté-Pain,".
